Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase of a product on Ruben Stom Design. As the products sold on the website are digital and cannot be returned, only exceptional circumstances allow for a refund, such as a double purchase or an exchange of license. Please read the following statement about our policy.

1. Refund Inquiry

Duplicate purchase

In case of a double purchase you are entitled to restitution within two weeks of purchase. An example of a ‘double purchase’ is two identical licenses for a similar product or the purchase of a product which is also included in a bundle that was bought. To finalize a refund we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In case of a double purchase please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form and we will be glad to help.

2. Troubleshooting

Technical issues

In rare cases a technical problem may occur, such as a disrupted download, the unsuccessful installing of a font or a software problem. When something like that happens we advise you to have a look on the Frequently Asked Questions page. If you cannot find the answer there please contact us through the contact form and we will be glad to help.

I have purchased the wrong version of a product

All templates by Ruben Stom Design can be edited with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign, depending on the product: all printable templates are compatible with Adobe InDesign, all digital ones with Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Photoshop templates cannot be edited using Adobe InDesign and vice versa. If you do not own the right software you can download a free trial for 7 days by clicking the links below and you’ll be able to adjust the templates to your needs.

Adobe Photoshop templates can also be edited with Photopea’s free online editor. However, functioning depends on the quality of the internet and it doesn’t work offline. For further questions please contact us through the contact form.

3. Refund Issues

Refund approval and rejection

Once a refund is approved, we will send you an email to inform you. We will also inform you in case of a rejection. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and transferred to your credit card or bank account within a reasonable number of days.

Late or missing refunds

Should your refund be late in arriving, please first check your bank account again. The next step is to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund shows on your account. Then contact the bank to check whether the refund is still in transfer. After you’ve done all that and you still cannot trace your refund, please contact us through our contact form on the contact page.
